The items on sale on Faunatshop are presented and detailed so that any consumer is able to know the essential characteristics of the products he would like to buy. The photos that illustrate the description of the articles are given for information only and are not contractual.
Prices are expressed in euros and exclude shipping costs, all taxes included (TTC).

For any delivery outside Belgium and France, any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

The delivery period is variable to the delivery of mail required by La Poste. Generally, for Belgium, delivery takes place between 24 and 48 hours from the date of dispatch via the Post Office.

However, we can not be held responsible in case of delay of the Post.
The goods are shipped at the risk of the buyer according to the conditions of the French & Belgian Post. All our products are checked before packing and shipping.
Any customs fees and other taxes are borne by the customer.
Shipping and exchange costs incurred to return the item (s) will be borne by the buyer. In case of return and cancellation of order, shipping costs (even when ordering free) will be deducted from the refund. This will be done upon receipt of returned items.
Faunatshop has the right to refuse or not to refund the returned items when the packaging (plastic, cardboard, ...) of the products has been opened or when the products have been damaged by the customer.

All claims concerning the items of the parcel (missing, product errors) must be sent to us via Email within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel (date of postmark tracking). After this period, we reserve the right to consider or not this claim. In case of non receipt of packages after 96h indicating the shipment to Belgium and 10 days to France, it is imperative to contact us so that we can see what is next to the post. Any claim made after 30 days may be deemed non-responsive, the transport company requesting a claim at the earliest.
In accordance with the law n ° 80.335 of May 12, 1980, Faunatshop reserves the property of the goods delivered until the full payment of their price.
